RETURNS POLICY

It is our aim that you will be completely satisfied with any product that is purchased from VilaModo.com.  However, should you wish to return any item to us, we would like to make the process as quick and convenient as possible.  If you need to return your products please do remember that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while you have them.

 

Full Priced Products

All full priced products are protected by a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee (excluding delivery charge), which is in agreement with the distance selling regulations.  Any full priced product received after this will be sent back to the original delivery address. 

 

Sale/Reduced Priced Product

All sale/reduced priced product must be returned within 7 days of receipt.  Any refund made will exclude delivery charge.  Any sale/reduced price product received after this will be sent back to the original delivery address. 

 

All Products Returned

Any product must be returned with all original tags still attached and in original packaging.  Products must not be soiled, marked with make-up, fake tan, deodorant, damaged, worn or smell of smoke, perfume or any other odour.  The product must be returned to us unused/unopened and in as new condition.

Any product that does not comply with this will not be refunded and any such products will be returned back to the original delivery address.

All product properly returned under this policy is eligible for a refund.  If you choose a refund the full purchase price (less delivery charge) will be credited when VilaModo.com has received and processed your return. 

Please allow for up to 14 working days for refunds to be processed and refunded to your card/bank account.

All footwear must be returned in the original box and packaging.

 

For reasons of health and hygiene we are unable to refund certain products. 

 

These products will be clearly marked on VilaModo.com.

 

 

How to Return Products

The cost of returning the items to us is your responsibility.  If the product is faulty or you have received an incorrect order then we will refund postage costs of up to the maximum price you originally paid on your order, after our inspection has taken place.

Firstly, please contact us by e-mail on customercare@vilamodo.com preferably on the day you receive delivery, to inform us of the fault/incorrect order.       

For your own protection products should be returned using an insured and traceable service to reach us on or within the time limits as stated above.  Please make note of any tracking number in case they are required. We cannot accept responsibility until we receive the product.

Please make a copy of the delivery note/sales docket indicating which item you are returning and give the reason for returning the item. Please enclose this with your return.  Please make sure the return package is securely closed/sealed so as to avoid any damage in transit. 

 

Exchanging Products

We do not offer any exchange.

You may return the item within the time frame and subject to the terms and conditions and a refund will be issued.  You can also place a new order for the required item in the size/colour needed.

 

 Products with sequins/beading

Customers should be aware that there is an expectation that with wear the odd bead, sequin or embellishments could fall off from time to time.  Such garments are provided with extra sequins or beading at the time of purchase, which you can use to replace any that fall off. 

 

Return of Free Delivery Products

If your original order qualified for free delivery and you return any product from that order, you will receive a refund of the returned product less the delivery charge incurred.  Even though we have not charged you a delivery charge in your order a delivery cost has been incurred by us and all such returns will have this delivery charge deducted from your refund. 

Again, all returns must comply with the above time limits and product conditions of return. 

 

Gift Certificate Returns

Can I return products bought with a Gift Certificate?

Your right to return a product is exactly that same regardless of whether you bought it with a gift certificate, a payment card or a combination of the two.  If you paid for your whole order with a gift certificate, your order will be refunded on to the original payment gift certificate.  Please do keep hold of your gift certificate until you are sure that you are happy with your order.  If you paid with a combination of payment card and gift certificate, we’ll refund any outstanding credit you are owed on to your original payment card.
